During sessions, we focus on the theme of your situation and progress of your goals, while developing the relevant skill-sets for progressing through the challenges.

Here's a brief description of the fundamental skill-sets.

Calm & Clarity: Applying simple practices for decompressing and easing out of stressors … allowing your laser-focus to relax & open … improving the quality of your awareness.

Emotional intelligence: Building upon your expanding awareness … realizing & experiencing the felt-sense of your EI … which informs & guides you to understand yourself & others … developing & maturing your personal & professional boundaries … expressing yourself in ways to effectively communicate & develop relationships in any situation.

Values: Identifying your personal values … clearly feeling, knowing & owning what they mean to you … utilizing them as your compass to guide your personal & work life.

Self-care: Amidst the intensity & demands of your hour, day & week … you are called to be at your best … so keeping it simple … realizing your personal self-care needs … including work-life balance … generating the structure & discipline for integrating them into your life … noting the value when you do this and the cost when you don’t.

Sessions

Our private 1-1 sessions begin with a 3 month commitment. We may then continue our private collaboration in cycles of 3 months or month-to-month.
